Terms

The agreement for using Wielda. If anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

Last updated 15 September 2026.

Who you are agreeing with

Wielda is built and run by Belema Achego, an individual rather than a company, called "Wielda", "I" or "me" below. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Wielda.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for agreeing to online services where you live if that is higher.
  • Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • An account is for one person.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Wielda belongs to you. You give Wielda permission to store, copy, sync and process it only as far as running the app for you needs, including through the providers named in the privacy policy. That permission ends when you delete it or your account, apart from copies the law requires Wielda to keep.

Using Wielda fairly

Do not:

  • use Wielda for anything unlawful;
  • try to break, overload or get around Wielda's security or plan limits;
  • access it other than through the app, or scrape, copy or resell it;
  • reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows you to despite this term.

AI features

Brain dump and breaking a task down produce suggestions automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete, so check them before you rely on them. They are not professional advice of any kind.

Wielda Pro

  • Wielda Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription, sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy.
  • Payment is taken by Apple or Google from your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • It renews automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it.
  • If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy.
  • Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Wielda cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
  • If the price changes, the store tells you before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
  • What each plan includes is shown in the app. If a change reduces what Pro includes, it applies from your next renewal, never part-way through a period you have paid for.

Your purchase is also covered by the terms of the store you bought it from. If you downloaded Wielda from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies too.

Changes to Wielda and to these terms

Wielda will change as it grows, and features may be added, changed or removed. If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told in the app at least 14 days before the change applies. Using Wielda after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending

You can stop using Wielda at any time, and delete your account in the app (Profile, then Delete account) or by emailing hello@wielda.com. The full steps are on the account deletion page. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, with notice where that is reasonable. If Wielda shuts down, you will be told at least 30 days in advance.

No guarantees

Wielda is provided as it is. It is built with care, but there is no promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that your data can never be lost. Reminders are scheduled on your phone and depend on its settings and battery management, so do not rely on Wielda alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Wielda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Wielda's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Wielda Pro in the 12 months before it, or US$50, whichever is more.

Your rights where you live

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country you live in that cannot be given up by agreement. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
