Delete your Wielda account

In the app

Open Wielda, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and enter your password to confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@wielda.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. No reason is needed. This is also how to delete an account that has no password.

What happens

• You are signed out on every device straight away.
• Your account and everything in it are erased 30 days later: your tasks and their steps, habits, Memora dates, focus history, categories, settings and calendar totals.
• Changed your mind? Email hello@wielda.com from the same address within those 30 days.
• Subscription records can be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
• Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

If you have Wielda Pro

Deleting your account does not cancel Wielda Pro. Apple or Google bills it, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings, ideally before you delete the account.

The early access list

If you also joined the early access list on this website, email the same address and that entry is removed too.
