Who is responsible

Wielda is built by Belema Achego. Thereis no company behind it. You can reach me at hello@wielda.com about anything on this page.

What this site collects

If you put your email address in the form on the home page, this is recorded:

• Your email address.
• Which version of the page you saw. Three versions of the headline are running, and I want to know which one you read.
• The site that linked you here, if there was one.
• The date and time you submitted it.
• An invite link of your own, so you can pass this on. It is a short random code and it is not derived from your address.
• If you arrived on someone else's invite link, that link. This does connect your entry to theirs, and it is the one thing here that links two people. Nobody is told who used their link, and the count earns you nothing — I keep it only to see whether the list grows by word of mouth.

Nothing else.

If you do not use the form, nothing about you is stored. Page visits are counted in aggregate so I can see how many people arrived and which version they landed on, and that count is not tied to you.

Why

To send you one email when Wielda is in the app stores, and a short confirmation now so you know the address arrived. That is the entire purpose. Your address is not used for anything else, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising scripts, and uses no tracking pixels. The visit counting is done without them, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.

How long it is kept

Until the launch email goes out, or until you ask me to remove it, whichever comes first. If Wielda never launches, the list gets deleted rather than kept.

Removing your address

Email hello@wielda.com and say so. No form, no account to log into, no reason required. You can also ask what is stored about you and I will tell you.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If it changes in a way that affects an address already on the list, that is what the launch email will say.
